Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with BlendUniverse.com. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure a smooth and fair process for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please read the following policy carefully.

📦 1. Eligibility for Returns

We offer returns and refunds only under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not as described

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition

Please note: Not all products are eligible for return due to hygiene reasons (e.g., skincare, beauty tools).

🕒 2. Return Window

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence of the issue to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

After 7 days, we can no longer accept return or refund requests unless the product is proven to be faulty under warranty (if applicable).

To initiate a return or refund, please email us at:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photo(s) or video of the product issue

💸 4. Refunds (If Approved)

If your refund is approved:

  • You will receive a confirmation email

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🔁 5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, email us at fahaduddin@blenduniverse.com with your order details.

🌍 6. International Orders

For international (non-Malaysia) customers, shipping return items back may not be viable. In such cases:

  • We may issue partial refunds

  • Or provide a discount or replacement without requiring the item to be sent back

❗ 7. Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned, including:

  • Items on final sale

  • Skincare or beauty tools that have been opened or used

  • Gift cards or downloadable digital products

🧾 8. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be processed and shipped.
